"I called those guys for a solution to my remote control troubles. I have had about eight of them, constantly changing batteries and losing them in the couch or wherever else... Paul and Mike came out and programmed a universal remote, which utilized all my remotes into one and made my life much easier. During installation they also checked all my audio video components and concluded that the system has to be reoptimized for best sound and video quality - turns out the original installers from circuit-city hooked up my system with analog cables!
